CatUsed Inspect is a mobile inspection application designed for Caterpillar dealers, facilitating the process of inspecting used equipment directly in the field using mobile devices. The app is seamlessly integrated with the CatUsed.com inspection module, featuring specialized inspection forms tailored to different product families, covering both Customer Owned (Certified & Salesman) and Dealer Owned (Certified & Rental Return) inspection categories.
Key features of CatUsed Inspect include:
- The ability to record inspection data offline as well as online
- Synchronization of completed inspections with CatUsed.com
- Efficient rating of condition types
- Capability to add comments, remarks, and notes
- Integration of parts and labor information
- Support for up to 24 marketing photos
- Option to capture multiple line-item photos
- Creation of new inspections directly from the mobile device
Access to CatUsed Inspect requires a Caterpillar CWS login. Additionally, users must be granted appropriate permissions by their dealer administrator in CatUsed.com to utilize the application.
